There are no laundry facilities. There is a coin laundry 3 minutes away by car from the resort.

Remodeling of the outdoor swimming pool will begin in March. The resort has not yet been remodeled and has been delayed due to corona issues.

I love the view, buffet breakfast, amenities and the room itself. Super clean. Also, the front desk staff was able to help me order chicken since I don’t speak korean. Will stay here again when I visit Jeju next time :)

Location, apartment size and friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent location and view from our apartment. We had the spa apartment, it was huge!! Breakfast was great and staff were so helpful. Our hire car broke down and the staff helped us out. Highly recommend this place in winter and I’m sure summer would be great with the pool!

It was a cosy stay..Best to come to this hotel via car. The staff were exceptional. I left behind my son's winter wear and had flew to Seoul when they contacted me and made arrangements to send it back to me. They were very prompt in their reply and went beyond to assist me. Well done team! (:

Quiet place with jacuzzi

The resort is far from the city, so it is quiet. Although it is far from the city, but it is near so some popular spots like the Camelia hill & Manoreu Blanc cafe. The room is big and equipped with jacuzzi too. There is a nice view of the sea from the room. We enjoyed our stay there.

There are not many restaurants near the resort. Need to make sure that you have your dinner first before back to the hotel.

The location is not that central but it is near to many attractions. Beds were comfy and clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The general areas are clean and rooms are comfortable.

The signages leading to the hotel can be clearer. Some hinges of doors were loose. Futon beds can be thicker

The location was so calm and refreshing. The breakfast was pretty good. Staff very friendly & helpful.

No korean spa! We thought 'spa' meant a full korean style not just a-water spa. No netflix but not a huge concern really. Maybe change the breakfast a little each day.

My family stayed here for about 3 days. Kids love the apartment. We booked the apartment that has 2 bedroom and came with an external spa. Spacious and clean. The place is closed by to a black pork bbq restaurant (5 mins walk).

Very family-friendly overall and a great bargain to boot!

Staff were excellent and so helpful. Very responsive and went the extra mile to give us assistance. The breakfast was generous and had fresh jeju mandarins, orange yoghurt, sausages and bread and spreads and cereals with milk and hard-boiled eggs and a couple of soups, and an elusive abalone porridge that magically disappeared for good every morning by 9am. We missed it every morning till we went early the day we checked out. It was quite yummy but there was no abalone whatsoever. It was all mushroom bits! The room itself was comfortable but we had to sleep in the living room as there was only one bed

There wasn't regular housekeeping (every three nights if I'm not wrong) and we couldn't throw our rubbish on our own. The room was advertised as suitable for our family of six but there was only one proper bedroom, so the rest of us had to sleep spread out on the living room floor using the Korean ondol beds (which were quite comfortable so we were happy still)! However, for the great price we got, all these were tiny quibbles. We would still happily return every time, and encourage families to book this place! It was very soothing and located next to the sea, with olle trails and a musical garden, complete with old-fashioned wooden swing and hammocks swaying between trees Location was quite far from the main Jeju attractions but we had a car so it was still fine. For example, we were an hour and a half away from the dongmun night market, making our trip to and fro three hours. We still managed to get around, just had to drive more. The long travel distance was also probably because of the oddly low speed limits (30 per hour is very, very common, and understandable, given the schools around the island)

The breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful especially when my car broken down and they called the car rental company to solve the problem.

The spacious suite and breakfast provided. The lobby reception even lend us universal adapters to charge all our devices as we didn't bring enough for our phones, ipad, watch etc.

The pool and outdoor bath are closed.

What was the highlight of Y Resort Jeju

Hidden Gem on Jeju

This is a great resort that is tucked away for privacy and peace and not surrounded by ten million other hotels. It's only a minute from a private beach and one of the "olle" paths that are all over Jeju for hiking. It's also close to shops and restaurants and not far from many of the tourist sites around Seogwipo. But then, everything on Jeju isn't too far away, even Hallasan. I took a taxi from the airport and this hotel is on a direct route, so about 40 minutes and about 33000 won. The staff here were absolutely lovely, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even ordering taxis for me. My Korean is basic, but a few of the clerks knew English or we used translators. Definitely a hidden gem I'd highly recommend.

The only downside was that the spa facilities and the screen golf were still not open because of covid restrictions (really? We are all crammed into the breakfast room, eating without masks. There is no reasoning here to not be with a few others in a massage room or screen golf room). I had really been looking forward to a massage and some screen golf, which I wanted to try since I don't have near where I live.

A bit expensive, but luxurious and romantic.

I was staying for my honeymoon and it was a nice romantic location. The free breakfast was quite generous and the room was very well equipped.

It's a bit of a walk to get somewhere without driving. The foot bath/spa is just a small wooden tub to soak your feet in, don't bother making an appointment for it, you got a better tub in the room.
